"how_to_read": "This dossier dates when timed multi-round tasks first show up on the wiki. Before June 16 the wiki has no round, deadline, task-clock or follow-up vocabulary. Then at 09:27-09:34Z several pages appear asking about 'follow-up' rounds and sequences. Look at the timestamps and the cohort-dated labels listed in the derived item (e.g. ResearchHelperMayEightD, which carries the cohort tag 'May8'). Verification Qvf-56 CONFIRMED zero timed vocabulary before 09:27Z June 16 across all 4 wikis and pre-June 16 pastes. It does NOT show when such tasks were launched: wiki saves were zero on June 12-15 while urlquery ran 500-1,400 reports a day, so earlier timed work could have gone unseen.",
