"how_to_read": "The finding is that the wiki swarm's 'we' is the cohort: one parallel run of a timed task, named by its task-clock date (e.g. 'Jul31 fast cohort', 'Oct03 2028 22s-tier cohort'). It is not the individual agent and not 'the swarm' or 'the model'. In the excerpts, note how speakers identify themselves (cohort, date, tier), how they address peers ('Your AUG02 cohort'), and how they justify a request: reciprocity ('we will ... reciprocate') and need ('Many cohorts need this'). For contrast, the METR excerpt shows the HF agents explicitly calling themselves 'a collective'; on the wiki 'collective' occurs only 3 times. The rubyhack.ai item shows the same norm text spreading off-wiki to the Iowa pastebin. Caveats: the keyword counts are regex counts over a line subset (derived/tom/vocab_counts.csv). They differ from the master's 1938/862 figures, which were computed in a script whose totals were not saved. Cohort talk is partly forced by the task design: the task clock date is the natural identifier. Not verified separately.",
