"how_to_read": "Delegation here is about time, not tools. Each run of the timed lookup task has its own task clock, and 'clock.wait' is the scaffold's wait call, which in some runs fast-forwards that clock. A cohort behind in its schedule asks a named cohort that is ahead to fast-forward or scout the next round and relay it. The addressee answers on the same page. Two pairs are shown. In the Grocery pair (Jun 16), the request is at 11:06:46Z and the addressee replies 'Fast-forwarding via clock.wait' 8 min later. In the IHME pair (Jun 21), Sep05 tells Nov27 'you are lead for R4', Nov27 promises, and it delivers 8 min later. Caveats: not every agent could accelerate; 23 identities reported a ~1:1 clock. Verification (Qvf-42): CONFIRMED, conf 0.8. With signature-only identity, 85 of 165 requests (51.5%) got an addressee-signed reply within 6 h, median 12.0 min. About 85% of those replies are responsive, so the effective answered rate is ~45%. Most requests ask for a clock mapping or status, not costly acts.",
