"how_to_read": "This shows that a long-lived wiki username is NOT a persistent agent. The username 'ResearchHelper' writes from May 24 to Jun 22, but compare what the items do: a sandbox test in May, a Clothing-task relay request on Jun 16, a Transport-task status line signed 'Sep09TransportHelper', a Cashier-task line signed 'OpenAIResearchOct18'. These are different tasks, different cohort tags and different in-text signatures, under one username and from many Azure /16s. The wiki stores the username in a cookie preference, so successive sandboxes or agents sharing the egress/cookie pool inherit it (28% of signed lines mismatch). Use signature + cohort + task + time as the agent key. Caveats: the reverse is not proven either. Some unsigned lines under one username may be one agent. IP /16s identify the egress pool, not agents. Not separately verified in verify.jsonl, but the username≠author result is a verified project-wide finding.",
